How it works
We tailor our service for each and every advisor we work with. Below is an overview of our processes and services and if you like what you read, please drop us a message or give us a call. We'd like to discuss how we can use our skills to help meet your specific business needs.


Calling the leads
Leads are received in real time into our FLG database (each diary/adviser has a separate designated section).
Each lead is called as soon as possible with a target of a minimum of three, preferably six, call attempts in the first 24 hours.

After 24 hours the lead will still receive call attempts, preferably a minimum of three attempts.
After 48 hours the lead will continue to receive a target minimum of one/two call attempts per day.
After seven days without successful contact we will continue to attempt to contact the lead if you request us to.
We split call attempt times to include mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Criteria and booking process
Our call out times are Mon-Thurs 9am-8pm;
Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 10am-12:30pm.

On contact with a prospect we check to see they meet criteria and then book an appointment cross-checking with the relevant adviser diary.
Special attention is paid to making sure that distances between and driving times between appointments are reasonable where applicable.
Zoom calls or straightforward telephone appointments can be booked instead of face-to-face if required.
Adviser diary is updated with appointment postcode and prospect name.


Reporting and communications
The adviser receives an emailed data capture form with relevant notes from the phone call which helps them to prepare for the meeting.

The prospect receives a confirmation text and email at the time of the booking.

The prospect receives a reminder text the day before the meeting.
​
An automated report will be generated every Friday with details on all current lead statuses and last notes taken.

All invalid leads will be identified and passed to Lead Tech for replacement.

We don’t just work your leads into keen qualified prospects and leave them. Once they become your client and have done business with you we can continue to keep in touch with them for as long as you want. This service means you won’t miss out on new opportunities to advise and help them with any new requirements they may have. By nurturing these relationships for you we not only free you up from the time-consuming work of keeping in touch, we can also pick up referrals and enhance your clients' perception of your customer service.
We can also continue to work leads that DON'T initially turn into business or booked appointments. Some leads are simply slower to convert and by paying continued attention to them over the weeks and months we can improve your conversion rates in the long-term and get a better return from your marketing spend too.
